SELLERS
The “Valuation My Home” feature is a guide and not a formal valuation. HuisKlik does not guarantee that an agent will respond within a specific time. Sellers’ contact details are shared with registered agents in their area. HuisKlik is not responsible for the quality or outcome of any agent interaction. Sellers can request that their data be removed. HuisKlik is not a licensed real estate agent and does not provide any buying advice.
AGENTS
Agents must be registered with the Property Agents Council (PPRA) and hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate. Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Incorrect, misleading or duplicate listings may be removed without notice. Agents may not advertise directly competing platforms on HuisKlik. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. HuisKlik reserves the right to suspend an agent’s account for breach of terms. Agents grant HuisKlik permission to display their listings and profile information on the platform. Agents are responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials. Leads received via “Vaardeer My Huis” are for the agent’s sole use and may not be shared with third parties. HuisKlik does not guarantee a minimum number of leads or buyers. Agents must respond to “Vaardeer My Huis” requests within 48 hours to maintain active status.

HuisKlik.co.za is a South African property advertising platform and not a licensed real estate agent, broker or financial advisor. The platform is subject to South African law. Disputes are handled in South Africa. HuisKlik reserves the right to modify or close the platform at any time. Users may not use the platform for illegal activities. HuisKlik is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from platform use. Privacy Policy is a separate document but forms part of these terms and conditions. HuisKlik complies with the POPIA legislation of South Africa.
