HuisKlik does not guarantee that an agent will respond within a specific time. Sellers\u2019 contact details are shared with registered agents in their area. HuisKlik is not responsible for the quality or outcome of any agent interaction. Sellers can request that their data be removed. HuisKlik is not a licensed real estate agent and does not provide any buying advice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AGENTS<\/strong><br \/>\nAgents must be registered with the Property Agents Council (PPRA) and hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate. Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Incorrect, misleading or duplicate listings may be removed without notice. Agents may not advertise directly competing platforms on HuisKlik. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. HuisKlik reserves the right to suspend an agent\u2019s account for breach of terms. Agents grant HuisKlik permission to display their listings and profile information on the platform. Agents are responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials. Leads received via \u201cVaardeer My Huis\u201d are for the agent\u2019s sole use and may not be shared with third parties. HuisKlik does not guarantee a minimum number of leads or buyers. Agents must respond to \u201cVaardeer My Huis\u201d requests within 48 hours to maintain active status.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL USERS<\/strong><br \/>\nHuisKlik.co.za is a South African property advertising platform and not a licensed real estate agent, broker or financial advisor. The platform is subject to South African law. Disputes are handled in South Africa. HuisKlik reserves the right to modify or close the platform at any time.
